Established since December 2007 and here to look after our customers for the long term.

Minster Mechanics Limited is owned and managed by Mr Shaun Chick, who after years of working in the trade decided that he wanted to run his own garage and bring a new level of honesty and a friendly approach to the garage trade. Shaun's own experience in both motorcycles and cars meant that he wanted to cater to both and combine workshop facilities so that customers had one garage to trust.

We have a large purpose built premises just off the Canford Bottom Roundabout at 98 Wimborne Road West in Wimborne, Dorset. With over 2,500 square feet at our disposal, we cater for the discerning motorcycle and car owners in the locality. We're equipped with all the latest in computerised diagnostic equipment for both sides of the business to enable us to service, repair and maintain all makes and ages of both types of vehicle.

We receive the majority of our new business from customer referrals and have many excellent references available. We're known for our straight forward approach in talking plain english. We strive to help our clients understand what is happening with their vehicle and why things go wrong when they do.

Minster Mechanics Limited is a member of Trust My Garage, a collection of Britain’s best local garages – every one different and every one dedicated to the highest standards of skill and personal service.

All the garages in Trust My Garage are members of the Independent Garage Association which is part of the RMI, one of Britain’s oldest motor trade organisations. IGA members are true professionals who have to comply with a strict code of practice.

We joined this scheme as the only nationally recognised scheme which guarantee's our work and actually benchmarks the standards to which we work, which ultimately gives you, the customer, the peace of mind to know that when you come to us we will;
